We were experiencing septic bed problems earlier in the spring of 2023. The bed decided to completely fail in July . Brent was over here , had a look and said he would look after it, even though he was fully booked up. He looked after everything from locates, to permits. He did the work in a timely, quick and neat manner with minimal damage to landscape and trees . He also did it at the price he gave us, which we thought was more then reasonable as we really had no choice. We had booked some time away, and were not even here when he did most of the work .I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my business, and Brent's company is on the top of the A list.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish with Brent and his team. He was so patient and professional with a complicated job in a tight area. He continuously worked through each challenge with a solution that worked for me as an owner. Provided professional advice on the system, design, installation, and took care of all correspondence with the County for permitting. They were in and out in 3 days which was critical with the business I run to not inconvenience customers. I had numerous companies either not return calls, not get back to me after looking at the job or quoting it with ridiculous prices. BVH responded immediately, quoted the job competitively, and provided the type of customer service I expect as a business owner. In a world where customer service is quickly fading, Brent and his team knocked it out of the park.
