Returns

At BVH Excavating & Septic Inc., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is unopened and in its original condition.

How to Return an Item

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process: Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. You will receive instructions on how to return your item and obtain a return authorization.

3. Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds

1. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.

2. Refund Amount: Refunds will include the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to items that have been opened or used.
